Cypress Landing – An Active Community
In addition to Boating, Golf, Tennis, and the Fitness Center, Cypress Landing offers even more amenities to keep you active.

Pools
Cypress Landing has two swimming pools.  The first is a large recreational pool, complete with restrooms and shower facilities, located adjacent to the Bay Club.  Expansive deck areas surround the pool for relaxing in the sun or shade.  The pool area is the site of annual theme parties such as luaus, with food and entertainment.  There is also an adjoining wading pool for young children to enjoy.  The second pool is located next to the Fitness Center and is used for swimming laps, water aerobics, and other water exercises.

Nature Trails
Take a walk on our nature trails and enjoy the many varieties of trees, plants, birds, and other wildlife -- and the wetlands on the bay side of our community.

Activities and Events
Art, art appreciation, craft shows; casino nights, the Cypress Landing Jazz Band and other musical events; Friday potluck dinners; health clinics and lectures on health issues; Christmas and New Year’s Eve parties, Valentine’s Day celebrations, St. Patrick’s dinners, Easter egg hunts, Memorial Day parades and picnics, and July Fourth celebrations and picnics.

Community Service
Many residents volunteer their time in local organizations such as the American Legion, American Red Cross, Beaufort County Arts Council, Chamber of Commerce, Friends of the Brown Library, Chocowinity EMS Auxiliary, Habitat for Humanity, Kiwanis Club, NARFE, Literacy programs, Meals on Wheels, N.C.
