For resident boat owners, an important part of the Cypress Landing experience is our first-class marina. It has:

• A naturally protected and secure floating dock system
• 222 well protected slips, with full length finger piers on both sides (28 to 42 feet in length)
• Power and water for each slip
• Pump-out facilities
• Dock master
• Marina lounge and patio that is open to all residents and visitors
• Received the state of North Carolina “CLEAN MARINA” award; one of nine in the state and the only community owned marina to achieve this distinction

The marina offers the following amenities:

• Cruising, sailing, fishing, and water sports - all within minutes of your home
• The Pamlico River and Sound offer 62 miles of unspoiled water and access to the Atlantic Ocean
• Boating adventures include exploring the many creeks, rivers, and towns along the river and Sound; traveling the Intracoastal Waterway; exploring Ocracoke Island; visiting Cape Hattaras; and going into the Atlantic
• Home to the Cypress Landing Yacht Club
• A member of the Yachting Club of America that represents over 300,000 members through reciprocity with all its clubs
